Project: Adaptiv Credit Risk (Credit Risk Management)
- Collaborated with a team of in an Agile software development environment with a goal of delivering latest enhancements of BASEL regulations for Risk Measures using mainly .Net technologies.
- Resolved the End of Day SLA issues by separating out distributed computation responsible for reporting, which can be done at a later stage in the process cycle.
- Worked with DevOps team to develop, maintain and support CI/CD framework with JetBrains TeamCity and Microsoft DevOps platform.
- Migrated the legacy web application to support Chromium browsers using Asynchronous Programming concepts.
- Introduced Data Driven Test Framework for integration testing using MSTestv2 for Client Satisfaction in CI/CD.

I have worked with Anand for the last 3 years and during this time I have seen him develop into one of my strongest team members. He has a wonderful ability to learn and I can trust him to delivery great outcomes, whether that be a simple bug fix, a challenging security issue or a complex design. He has pushed the business unit's build process, security compliance, test automation and the business application forwards in his short time with us.
Anand also has great soft skills. His communication and team working ability is excellent. He is a friendly, approachable, innovative, well-rounded young man.
Anand has decided to go on to future education and to study internationally. This will allow him to take in a new culture and work in some innovative areas. Although I am sad for me and FIS I am happy for him and know he will be a successful. Some organisation will be very lucky in the future.
